Assessment Payment Information
 
Desert Color Master Association assessments are due on the
first day of each quarter (Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct).
 
Each unit will receive a quarterly statement in the mail to the provided
billing address. Please note if you do not provide a preferred
billing address, all mailings automatically default to the DC address
of the unit.  
 
We have developed a HOW TO GUIDE for a quick guide to assist you in
managing your account. 
 
 
 
Information You Will Need to Make a Payment

  • Amount you owe
  • Management Company ID #6675
  • Association ID (See info to the right)
  • Property Account # (Same number as your association account #)

Manage Your Account Online

Use the RESIDENT PORTAL to access our different portals to manage your account. CCMCNET.COM
 
We use two portals to manage & make payments for your association account. Each unit will receive an association account number. 
 
If you have multiple properties or are part of a sub-association, you must manage each account separately on the CCMC Portal, but on the CCMC/Bank Portal, you can have one login and add each property. 
 
 
CCMC Portal 
Your VMS Homeowner Account Portal allows you to: 
  • Our office provides you with the login information. If you need to reset your password, please contact the Association office with the name and address of your unit.
  • This portal lets you view your account (charges and payments) and update contact information. Please note: if you update your email, please notify our office as we have other platforms where we use your email to contact you.
  • If you are part of a sub-association, you will have two different account numbers, need to manage them separately, and have two different log-ins.
  • Please contact the association office with any issues with this portal or questions about your assessment charges.
 
Bank Portal
  • Where you make your payment with the Alliance Association Bank
  • You will create your login for this portal and have one login.
  • If you have multiple properties or accounts, you will have one login and must add another by selecting "Add Property". See the FAQ'S and Self-Service Tips section for tutorials on how to use the portal.

Recurring Payments
 
To establish eligibility for recurring payment processing through Alliance Association Bank, please visit our RESIDENT PORTAL at CCMCNET.COM
 
Select the Make a Payment tab to be redirected to the Bank Portal. Under New Users, select Setup Account and follow the prompts as directed. 
 
Please note there is no charge for the election of recurring eCheck payments. 
 
If you establish recurring payments with Alliance Association Bank and your assessment changes, it will be necessary to update your payment with any noted changes to your assessment value. CCMC and Alliance Association Bank are not related companies. To comply with privacy laws, we do not share personal information.

One-Time Online Payment Option

First-time user: Select the Payment Methods icon, then click on the “Add Payment Method”. Select either tab that you choose and provide the required information. 
 
One-time Electronic Checks, Debit and Credit Card Payments

Select the Make a Payment tab to be redirected to the Bank Portal. 
Set up your account or log in if you are a returning user. Select the Make a Payment icon and follow the prompts. Select the One-time Payment tab and add the required information to proceed. 

See the bank charges for a one-time payment:  
·         $2.95 processing fee for ECheck payment.
·         $5.00 processing fee for Debit Card payment
·         3.5% processing fee for Credit Card payment
American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa are accepted.

 Phone payments are not available.

When paying by mail or through your online bill payment service, separate checks and envelopes must be used for each account.
 
Each check should also be paid to the correct Association name, and the account number should be listed in the memo section to ensure the accurate application of funds.

Please mail your coupon/statement stub with your payment. Any payments that cannot be processed automatically by the payment processing service center will be processed by converting your paper check into an electronic transaction.
