We are your Desert Color Community Association CCMC Management team who handles all of the community's day-to-day operations, including common area landscaping, facility management, accounting, Lifestyle programs, and other projects.
Everything we do is designed to benefit residents and fulfill the mandates of the community's governing documents. We encourage open and honest dialogue with homeowners and feel the community's pulse when making recommendations and decisions with community leadership. We want to bring the vision of the developer and residents to life, then keep that vision alive for years to come. When we're supported by the community and empowered to do what we do best, magic happens.

Justin Kailing, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Community Manager
As the community manager, Justin oversees day-to-day operations, community financials and contracts. He will also focus on vendor management, conduct common area inspections, and ensure effective communication with homeowners.
Jennifer serves as Desert Color's assistant community manager. She supports the day-to-day community operations, providing oversight of projects as directed by the community manager and acting as liaison to service contractors and vendors.
As facilities director, Garry will focus on Association-owned assets like the Shores Resort pool, parks and trails. He is also responsible for conducting risk evaluations, completing minor repairs within the community, managing vendors for major repairs (in partnership with the community manager), and managing work orders.
As Aquatics Director, Brian focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of the community's aquatic amenities while maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of aquatic facility operations and maintenance, as well as supervising contracted services and monitoring the work of contractors.
As Lifestyle Director, Tina will oversee the resort operations and all of Desert Color's events and programs. She collaborates closely with resident volunteers to create engaging and exciting events for everyone to enjoy. Tina is dedicated to ensuring a vibrant and dynamic community life, curating activities that bring residents together and enhance their living experience.
As Lifestyle Coordinator, Bekah plays a vital role in supporting the Lifestyle Director with the resort operations and Desert Color's events and programs. She collaborates with vendors to help design and implement engaging and exciting events for everyone to enjoy. Bekah is passionate about fostering a lively and connected community, ensuring that each event is well-organized and enhances the residents' experience.

Resident Services Administrator
As the resident services administrator for Desert Color, Suzanne will often be the first face to greet you when you arrive at the office or the friendly voice answering the phone when you call. Suzanne is here to assist with general questions about the community or surrounding areas, and onboarding new residents. She assists with administrative, accounting and other clerical needs, along with resident communication documents. She is your point of contact for any questions regarding your association account.
