BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

As the Board's President, Mr. Lemich leads the board, works closely in partnership with the management team, and ensures effective communication and decision-making. He is dedicated to representing residents' interests and fostering a robust and vibrant community.

 

 

Ms.Gedde is the Vice President of the HOA board. In this role, she supports the President and the Secretary/Treasurer, ensuring residents' voices are heard and supported while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

 

As the Secretary/Treasurer of the HOA board, Mr.Turpin supports the President and Vice President, reviews monthly and annual HOA financials, and is dedicated to supporting the residents and the community.
