She especially loves working with crystal singing bowls, known for their ability to reduce stress, promote mental clarity, and restore energetic harmony in the body. Passionate about creating a nurturing space for healing, Kara invites you to relax, reset, and immerse yourself in the magic of sound.

 

Using the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain and ocean sounds, and other sacred instruments, this experience will guide you into deep relaxation while helping to melt away stress, enhance mental clarity, and restore emotional balance. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend by grounding your energy and creating a sense of presence, allowing you to be fully engaged with your loved ones and soak up all the fun moments ahead.

 

For your comfort and relaxation, please bring a mat or towel, and perhaps a blanket and pillow. An open heart is all that's required – no experience is needed.
